disappointed

I know it's too early in the year to feel this way, and too early in the day (it's only 11AM), but this is just what I am feeling already.

I told a friend some advice yesterday, about not expecting anything at all, and just taking each thing as it comes. And here I am breaking my own advice right the next day. *Sigh* Why do I always find myself in this situation? I never learn.
